Reg recieved his initial training in police procedures and investigation at the Baltimore County Police Department's Training Acadamy.

During his 23 year association with the Department, he continued his education and training, taking college courses related to criminal justice and management. At the time of his retirement, he had achieved the rank of Detective Lieutenant, assigned to the Internal Affairs Section. Because of Reg's knowledge, experience, education and dedication, Absolute Investigative Services, Inc. has become one of Maryland's premiere investigative agencies.

Reg is a member of the Maryland Investigators and Security Association, Professional Investigators Alliance of Maryland, National Council of Investigation and Security Services, and numerous other investigative, security, and police professional associations.

A.I.S. has been serving Maryland's Investigative and Security needs since 1988. During that time the company has grown to over 100 employees. Our management team has 100+ years of experience in the Security and Investigative Field.

The A.I.S. staff, both male and female, come from the ranks of retired police officers, detectives, police command personnel, and supervisory and management personnel from the private sector.

All private investigators and security personnel are licensed through the Maryland State Police.
